Arsenal and Liverpool are reportedly keeping tabs on Barcelona star Ivan Rakitic following Philippe Coutinho's switch to the Bernabeu. The Croatian international is believed to be concerned about his future at the Camp Nou as he feels that his playing time might be more restricted now that Coutinho has arrived. The Brazilian finalised the £142m transfer on Monday, but he is not expected to make his debut for another three months because of a thigh strain.
