Liverpool and Arsenal have been credited with strong interest in Monaco and France star Thomas Lemar
That’s the verdict of French journalist Julien Laurens, who does not expect the 22-year-old to be Philippe Coutinho’s immediate replacement on Merseyside. Liverpool are currently considering how to spend the £142m they just received from Barcelona and are looking at bringing forward Naby Keita’s arrival from RB Leipzig. Lemar is on their wanted list too and many supporters would like them to splash some serious cash on the Monaco man to fill the void left by Coutinho’s departure.
