Penarol Not Interested In Selling Arsenal Target Federico Valverde
Reports are out claiming that Penarol president Juan Pedro Damiani insists they do not want to sell Federico Valverde. Arsenal, Real Madrid and Barcelona are chasing the 16 year-old midfielder. But Damiani told ABC: 'For me it is non-negotiable, I want him to debut with Penarol. 'Penarol will do a good contract to give more comfort to his people. I know it is the position of his mother and family. It's hard because I put myself in the place of this lady, I had the pleasure of being with them and with the boy, and I heard the story of his life and it's incredible, for the sacrifices they made for the boy.
