Manchester City 'quoted £23.5m for Jonny Evans'

Manchester City have been reportedly informed by West Bromwich Albion that they can sign defender Jonny Evans this month for £23.5m. The 30-year-old has been courted by City, Arsenal and former side Manchester United in recent weeks as the Premier League sides look to shore up their respective backlines, with league leaders City thought to be the most keen of the trio on his signature.
