Issa Diop is reportedly on the radar of North London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur after both sides sent scouts to watch the Toulouse defender up close. Despite being aged just 21, Diop is already skipper of the Ligue 1 side and has regularly impressed since emerging through their youth ranks in 2015. According to Mundo Deportivo, Arsenal and Spurs are two of a handful of sides casting admiring glances at the France Under-21s international, as Barcelona, Real Madrid and Inter Milan have also sent scouts along to Toulouse games of late.
