Transfer news: Arsenal and Tottenham leading race for £30m-rated Issa Diop
Arsenal and Tottenham are fighting it out for Toulouse defender Issa Diop. The 21-year-old has been tipped as a star of the future and he has been earning rave reviews in France. The likes of Barcelona and Real Madrid have been tracking the France Under-21 international, while Inter Milan are scouting him too. However, according to Mundo Deportivo, Arsenal and Tottenham are the ones leading the race for Diop ahead of the summer transfer window. Both clubs have been watching the centre-back over the past year and they have been impressed by what they have seen. Given the level of interest in him, Diop is said to be valued at over £30m by his club Toulouse.
