EFL backtracks on Arsenal Carabao Cup final kit, drops all-red demand
Arsenal took advantage of some woeful defensive errors to brush aside Ostersunds and put one foot into the Europa League round of 16. Arsene Wenger credits Arsenal for taking the game to a 'nervous' Ostersunds side and navigating the weather conditions in their comprehensive victory. Arsenal will wear their normal red-and-white kit for Sunday's Carabao Cup final against Manchester City after the English Football League (EFL) backtracked on its decision to make them wear red shorts. The EFL had initially said Arsenal would wear the same all-red kit they used at West Brom on New Year's Eve in order to avoid clashing with Manchester City's white shorts.
