Arsenal injury boost: Arsene Wenger reveals Alexandre Lacazette return date

Lacazette was ruled out for at six weeks in February after having an operation on his knee. The surgery came after a dip in form which had seen him score just once since December. Lacazette had also lost his place in the starting XI to January signing Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. But with Arsenal reliant on winning the Europa League to qualify for next season’s Champions League, their hopes have been boosted by Lacazette’s return to training today.
