Mohamed Salah tore Watford apart on Saturday evening, scoring four of Liverpool’s goals in a 5-0 rout. His brilliance was so emphatic that, after the final whistle, the humble Egyptian felt the need to apologise to opposition goalkeeper Orestis Karnezis, who he’d tormented for the previous 90 minutes.
