Arsenal's new head of recruitment, Sven Mislintat has reportedly recommended eight targets for the club to sign in the summer (via Football London). Arsenal are in need of a fairly major squad overhaul and it seems that a lot of it will happen this summer. The Gunners have several fringe players who are in need of an upgrade and a couple of first-team spots which need replacement.
