Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang: 'I had doubts about Alexandre Lacazette'
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has admitted that he was previously unsure whether he could work with Alexandre Lacazette prior joining Arsenal in January. Lacazette joined the Gunners from Lyon last summer, while Aubameyang arrived at the Emirates Stadium from Borussia Dortmund in the winter transfer window. Club rivalries from their time in Ligue 1 meant that Aubameyang was initially wary of his new Gunners teammate, but stresses that the two have been getting along really well. "My friend Lacazette was at Lyon when I was at Saint-Etienne," Aubameyang told Arsenal's website. "He's a player I appreciate and was good for me when I arrived here as he's a nice person, very positive....
