Arsenal are set to begin life after Arsene Wenger with the signing of Turkish starlet Caglar Soyuncu. The 21-year-old is currently on the books of Freiburg in Germany but the president of his former club Altinordu, Seyit Mehmet Ozkan, has revealed the Gunners are set to beat Bayern Munich to his signature. "Caglar Soyuncu is set to join Arsenal," Ozkan confirmed at the International Football Economic Forum. "Arsenal demanded his youth information from us. We'll earn from him, if he joins Arsenal.
