Arsenal chiefs have held talks with Nice over a potential move for Jean-Michael Seri, according to reports. The £40 million-rated midfielder is also wanted by Chelsea and nearly joined Barcelona last year. But, according to Sky Sports News, Arsenal’s new director of football has opened dialogue with the Ligue 1 side about a potential transfer.
