Internationals: Evans and Little on target

We had seven Gunners in international action on Tuesday night.   Scroll down to find out how they got on: Kim Little and Lisa Evans both scored in their Women’s World Cup qualifier for Scotland, as they overturned a two-goal deficit against Poland to win 3-2. An early strike from Dzesika Jaszek and an own goal from Sophie Howard handed the hosts a 2-0 lead, but Little’s free-kick in the 78th minute turned the game on its head. Jane Ross levelled the scores three minutes later, before Evans broke free in the box and fired home in injury time to complete the comeback.
