New Everton manager Marco Silva has reportedly set his sights on signing England midfielders Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Jack Wilshere. Loftus-Cheek, who plays for Chelsea but has recently hit out at his lack of game time at Stamford Bridge, is part of Gareth Southgate's squad at the World Cup. Arsenal's Wilshere, meanwhile, failed to make the cut for Russia and is soon to be a free agent after rejecting a new deal at the Emirates Stadium.
