In-demand Nice midfielder Jean Michael Seri has arrived in London to finalise a move to the Premier League, according to a report. The 26-year-old did not join the rest of his teammates for the start of their pre-season training camp, amid growing links with a move to either Chelsea or Arsenal. Chelsea are rumoured to have shown the most interest in the Ivory Coast international, who is believed to have a £35m release clause in his contract, but Arsenal have also been touted as a possible destination.
