Rivals Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are rumoured to be interested in PSG midfielder Adrien Rabiot according to France Football, as cited in The Mirror. The 23-year-old defensive midfielder played under new Arsenal boss Unai Emery when he was manager of the French side and it appears he want to reunite with the highly-rated talent who is valued at £45million on Transfermarkt.
