Unai Emery happy with Danny Welbeck versatility

Arsenal manager Unai Emery has explained his decision to keep Danny Welbeck at the club, despite the Englishman being strongly tipped to move on. Welbeck was supposedly on the radar of a number of Premier League clubs during the summer transfer window, which closed for English clubs on Thursday evening. Emery has also ruled out selling the 27-year-old to a foreign side the end of the month as he is a big fan of the player's versatility, even hinting that he could slot in at left-back against Manchester City.
