Arsenal had one of the worst possible starts to the Premier League season as they faced champions Manchester City followed by Chelsea. New manager Unai Emery was thrown into the deep end instantly, and unfortunately for the Spaniard he failed to guide the team to victory. During the opening weekend, the Gunners were hit 2-0 by City and on Saturday they were on the losing end of an entertaining 3-2 score at Stamford Bridge.
