According to Fotomac, Fenerbahce are plotting an ambitious January swoop for Arsenal playmaker, Mesut Ozil. The former Germany international became the club’s most expensive ever signing when he joined the Gunners from Real Madrid in the summer of 2013 for a fee in the region of £42.5 million.
