According to reports from Italy, Aston Villa are considering a swoop for Arsenal defender Laurent Koscielny to shore up their defence as Dean Smith looks to turn things around at Villa Park. The Frenchman is currently recovering from an Achilles tendon injury and is expected to be back in the fray in early December, but the 33-year-old could be on his way in January as he has been reportedly told he is surplus to requirements at the Emirates under Unai Emery.
