Tottenham warned over 'Champions League' stadium ad claim after Arsenal fan files complaint

Tottenham have been warned after falling foul of the Advertising Standards Agency (ASA) over promotion of their new stadium. The ad in question, which was displayed on screens around the London Underground, boasted that Spurs' new ground would be the only venue in the capital where fans would be able to watch live Champions League football. Commissioned several months ago, the ad was originally intended as a cheeky dig at rivals Arsenal and Chelsea, both of whom are playing in the Europa League this season.
