Roma rule out swap deal for Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey
Roma sporting director Monchi has ruled out the possibility of Patrik Schick joining Arsenal on loan as part of a swap deal for Aaron Ramsey. Ramsey's contract at the Emirates Stadium expires at the end of the season and the midfielder could leave the club as early as January having been told that he will not be offered an extension. Reports suggested that Arsenal could look to sign Schick on loan in January as a replacement for Danny Welbeck, who is expected to miss the rest of the season with an ankle injury.
