Arsenal have reportedly lodged a formal bid of £29m for in-demand Roma winger Cengiz Under. The 21-year-old's performances for Roma this season have further enhanced his burgeoning reputation amongst some of Europe's top clubs, having scored five goals and created three more in 19 appearances across all competitions. Tottenham Hotspur are already understood to have seen a bid rejected for Under, and Italian outlet Tuttomercatoweb reports that their North London rivals Arsenal have now followed suit after scouting him on numerous occasions.
