Paris Saint-Germain 'increase Idrissa Gueye bid to 30m'

Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly made one final attempt to prise Idrissa Gueye away from Everton on deadline day. The Ligue 1 champions had seen a £21.5m bid rejected before further negotiations also proved fruitless, with Everton understood to have told clubs that the midfielder would not be leaving before tonight's 11pm deadline. However, Sky Sports News reports that PSG have not yet given up on securing his signature and have made a last-ditch 30m (£26.2m) approach.
