According to Sky Sports, bitter north London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are both monitoring Borussia Monchengladbach centre-back Matthias Ginter. What’s the story? Both sides are scouting the 25-year-old defender, with Spurs apparently holding a long-standing interest in his services dating back to 2017.
