Manchester United to rival Arsenal for Roma's Monchi?

Manchester United have reportedly decided that they are prepared to rival Arsenal for Roma sporting director Monchi. Both of the Premier League giants are in the market for a new figure behind the scenes, with United rejigging their technical setup ahead of the summer transfer window and Arsenal needing to replace Sven Mislintat. The Gunners have been heavily linked with an approach for Monchi - who has previously worked with Unai Emery - but according to The Mirror, United are considering an offer.
