Arsenal travelled to Belarus on Thursday evening as strong favourites to beat BATE Borisov in the first-leg of their last-32 clash in the Europa League, but they were humbled by the home side and slumped to a 1-0 defeat. Unai Emery has a brilliant track record in the competition but his expertise failed to shine through.
