When and what time is the Europa League quarter-final draw?

The draw for the quarter-finals of the Europa League will take place at 12pm GMT on Friday in Nyon, Switzerland.  Chelsea should be making it there comfortably after a 3-0 first-leg victory over Dynamo Kiev, but Arsenal need to turn around a 3-1 defeat from their opener in Rennes to be in with a shout. Last season the Gunners reached the semi-finals, only to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory against Atletico Madrid.
