Valencia 2-4 Arsenal (3-7 agg): How it happened

WHAT HAPPENED Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang produced a European masterclass to guide us through to the Europa League final. Our top scorer netted a memorable hat-trick – and had a hand in the other – as we tamed the intimidating Mestalla with a fine attacking display to win the tie 7-3 on aggregate.  The opening 10 minutes were played out to a deafening din inside the stadium, with the hosts starting strongly, pinning us back in our own half. And the decibel level rose yet higher when Kevin Gameiro put Valencia ahead. The striker slid home from close range after we were caught on the break.
