Why Arsenal should
reignite their interest in Cristian Pavon Back in December 2018, The Sun had claimed that Arsenal were interested in signing Argentina and Boca Juniors winger Cristian Pavon. The report also claimed that Unai Emery is a fan of the 23-year-old winger and that he wanted to sign him in January. The move eventually fell through after Boca Juniors rejected the Gunners’ initial bid of £27m at the start of the year. Pavon made his debut before the age of 18 with CA Talleres. After a short and successful loan spell with CA Colon, he moved to Boca Juniors in 2015.
