Walcott: Title challenge next
Arsenal forward Theo Walcott thinks the current squad is the strongest he has been involved with and is capable of challenging for the Premier League title next season. The in-form Walcott is back in top form after some very bad luck with injuries and played a key role as Arsenal thrashed Aston Villa 4-0 in the FA Cup final. Walcott followed up his hat-trick against West Brom last week by scoring the crucial opening goal at Wembley, rifling a shot home just before half-time. The Gunners went on to score three more times in the second half and Walcott says they are now ready to seriously contend for Premier League glory.
