Premier League 'mini-transfer window' set to majorly impact Arsenal and Chelsea

Premier League clubs have voted on a 'mini-transfer window' that will be specifically designed for out of contract stars. There is a growing consensus that football could return for June 8 with lockdown measures being gradually lifted. With most clubs still needing to play nine fixtures, the chances of the season being wrapped up before June 30 is almost impossible. For a number of players, it leaves their futures unclear.
