Premier League clubs vote to enter 'phase two' of training ahead of restart

Premier League clubs have voted in favour of entering 'phase two' of the return to training. The move brings the return of top flight football in England even closer, with a June restart date now looking increasingly likely to happen. Wednesday's vote means that some of the strict restrictions on training protocol have been lifted. Now, groups of up to 10 players can train at any point and there is no time limit on sessions. But most significantly, groups can now do some close-contact training.
