West Ham United lining up £22m Sardar Azmoun bid?

West Ham United have reportedly identified Zenit St Petersburg forward Sardar Azmoun as a potential transfer target. In January 2019, Azmoun was heavily linked with a switch to Wolverhampton Wanderers before eventually opting to remain in Russia with Zenit. During his time at his current club, the Iran international has contributed 26 goals from 45 appearances, keeping him on the radar of bigger teams around Europe. According to Area Napoli, West Ham are among the teams interested in the 25-year-old and are prepared to meet his £22m asking price.
