Neal Maupay insists Arsenal 'got what they deserved'

Brighton & Hove Albion striker Neal Maupay has taken aim at Arsenal for their reaction to his side's dramatic 2-1 victory on Saturday afternoon. Having been involved in a first-half collision with Arsenal goalkeeper Bernd Leno - which saw the German leave the field on a stretcher - Maupay netted Brighton's winner deep into added time at the Amex Stadium. The game was marred by ugly scenes at the final whistle when Maupay was surrounded by incensed Arsenal players, but the Frenchman thinks that the Gunners have a lesson to take home from the match.
