Barcelona 'offer Philippe Coutinho to Arsenal, Newcastle United'

Arsenal and Newcastle United have reportedly been offered the chance to sign out-of-favour Barcelona attacker Philippe Coutinho. Having failed to make a name for himself in La Liga since arriving from Liverpool in 2018, Coutinho has been persistently linked with a move back to the Premier League. Arsenal and Newcastle United are two top-flight clubs that have been tipped to move for the attacker this summer, with Bayern Munich turning down the opportunity to sign Coutinho on a permanent basis following his loan spell in Germany.
