Agent Kia Joorabchian has revealed that Chelsea winger Willian has received two offers from clubs in the Premier League. Despite suggestions that the Brazilian and Blues officials had made a breakthrough in negotiations over a new deal, Joorabchian has hinted that no further progress has been made.
