Arsenal make final decision over Coutinho ahead of expected Willian arrival
Arsenal have reportedly decided to sign Willian instead of Philippe Coutinho, with the Chelsea winger expected to make the move across London on a free transfer this summer. The Gunners are looking to add to their squad and have been linked with both Willian and Coutinho, who are clients of agent Kia Joorabchian. Joorabchian is an Arsenal fan, has a close relationship with the club's technical director Edu and has already secured moves and new contracts for clients David Luiz and Cedric Soares this season.
