Arsenal 'step up new goalkeeper search amid Bernd Leno injury fears'

Arsenal are supposedly stepping up their search for a new goalkeeper amid concerns over the length of Bernd Leno's injury layoff. The German shotstopper has not featured for the Gunners since suffering a knee strain in Arsenal's second game back following the restart, with Leno colliding with Brighton & Hove Albion's Neal Maupay back in June. Emiliano Martinez has deputised in between the sticks in Leno's absence, and while the Argentine has produced a string of impressive performances, Mikel Arteta supposedly wants to make contingency plans for the start of the new season.
