Chelsea and Manchester City have reportedly joined Premier League rivals Arsenal in the race to sign Sporting Lisbon starlet Joelson Fernandes this summer. The 17-year-old has attracted the attention of a number of Europe's biggest clubs during a breakthrough season in which he became Sporting's youngest ever player. Arsenal have reportedly already seen two bids turned down for the attacker, who has a £41m release clause in his contract at the Portuguese outfit.
