Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is still yet to sign a new contract at Arsenal, which could be a result of Raul Sanllehi’s recent departure. Sanllehi suddenly departed his role as the Gunners’ Head of Football last week after spending two-and-a-half years in the role. His exit comes as a major surprise given the importance of this summer’s transfer window for Arsenal, having recorded their lowest league finish in 25 years last season.
