Mikel Arteta’s side beat the Premier League champions on penalties to claim the pre-season trophy, having played out a 1-1 draw in 90 minutes at Wembley. Reds youngster Rhian Brewster’s miss proved decisive in the end, with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang eventually tucking away the winning spot-kick for the Gunners.
