Lyon 'reject player-plus-cash bid for Houssem Aouar'
Arsenal have reportedly failed with a player-plus-cash offer for Lyon midfielder Houssem Aouar. While the France international is one of the club's key men, the French outfit are looking to raise funds and reduce their wage bill over the coming weeks.
