Arsenal have identified Iceland goalkeeper Runar Alex Runarsson as a potential replacement for outgoing shot-stopper Emiliano Martinez. Martinez, who impressed for the Gunners at the back end of last season, has reportedly completed a £20million move to Aston Villa. The 28-year-old played a crucial part in their FA Cup triumph while filling in for the injured Bernd Leno, making several world-class saves as Mikel Arteta’s side toppled Manchester City and Chelsea on their way to lifting the trophy.
