Paris Saint-Germain are in negotiations with Lyon over a transfer for Lyon midfielder Houssem Aouar. Arsenal have been extensively linked with the 22-year-old with Mikel Arteta looking to add more creativity to his midfield options. The Gunners have reportedly already had one offer rejected for Aouar, with the Ligue 1 club holding out for 60million. That price tag has reportedly dropped to closer to 40m, but as of yet, Arsenal have yet to meet their valuation.
