A number of top agents believe Manchester United’s signing of Edinson Cavani was the worst of the transfer window, while the arrival of Donny van de Beek did not rate highly either. United were scrambling around on Deadline Day as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer looked to strengthen his squad following a desperate summer. Cavani was one of four to arrive at Old Trafford while Van de Beek had been the only signing made before Deadline Day.
