Nine clubs that would hold the most power in Man Utd and Liverpool's new football proposal

In what could be the biggest shake-up to English football in almost 30 years, details of Project Big Picture emerged over the weekend. The plans, drawn up by Liverpool and Manchester United, would see a number of changes to the domestic game, including the amount of power certain teams hold.
