Diego Simeone sends message to Thomas Partey ahead of Arsenal debut against Man City

Thomas Partey is an "extraordinary player" and will succeed at Arsenal, according to his former manager Diego Simeone. Arsenal signed Partey from Atletico Madrid on transfer deadline day after activating the £45million release clause in his contract. Simeone was reportedly upset and surprised to have lost the 27-year-old so late in the window.
