Thomas Partey ices injured thigh in stands as Arsenal suffer blow vs Aston Villa

Thomas Partey has given Arsenal an injury worry after he could be seen icing his thigh in the stands as Mikel Arteta's side suffered a shock 3-0 defeat to Aston Villa. Star signing Partey was replaced by Dani Ceballos at half-time with the Gunners trailing 1-0 in Sunday's Premier League clash at the Emirates.
